If you do not agree to these terms, you must not create an account or use the DiagEdge platform. Continued use of the service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.
DiagEdge is an AI-assisted platform designed exclusively for use by qualified automotive technicians and professional automotive workshops. The platform provides the following AI-assisted tools depending on the user's plan:

Six specialist diagnostic modules: Diagnostic Assistant, Waveform Assistant, Wiring Logic Assistant, AC Diagnosis Assistant, DPF & Emissions Assistant, and Charging, Starting & Parasitic Draw Assistant.
Customer Relations Module (Workshop Pro and Workshop Team plans)
An AI-assisted tool for generating customer enquiry responses using the workshop's own pricing, brand preferences, and communication style.

Users may upload PDF documents to a private knowledge base that is automatically searched during diagnostic cases. Storage limits apply by plan as detailed in Section 4.
