Section 1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with DiagEdge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the subscribing workshop or technician) and DiagEdge.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not create an account or use the DiagEdge platform. Continued use of the service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.

Section 2Description of Service

DiagEdge is an AI-assisted platform designed exclusively for use by qualified automotive technicians and professional automotive workshops. The platform provides the following AI-assisted tools depending on the user's plan:

Diagnostic Modules (all plans)

Six specialist diagnostic modules: Diagnostic Assistant, Waveform Assistant, Wiring Logic Assistant, AC Diagnosis Assistant, DPF & Emissions Assistant, and Charging, Starting & Parasitic Draw Assistant.

Customer Relations Module (Workshop Pro and Workshop Team plans)

An AI-assisted tool for generating customer enquiry responses using the workshop's own pricing, brand preferences, and communication style.

Personal Knowledge Base (all plans)

Users may upload PDF documents to a private knowledge base that is automatically searched during diagnostic cases. Storage limits apply by plan as detailed in Section 4.

Workshop Team Features (Workshop Team plan only)

Multi-seat workspace accounts allowing up to 5 users under one workshop. Includes live case monitoring, team management, and invite system.

All modules are designed for use by qualified automotive technicians and workshop professionals only. DiagEdge is not intended for use by unqualified persons or members of the general public. DiagEdge is a diagnostic assistance tool and does not replace qualified automotive diagnosis and repair.

Section 3AI Disclaimer

Important — Please Read Carefully

  • DiagEdge uses artificial intelligence to provide diagnostic guidance only. All AI responses are suggestions and guidance — they are not professional advice.
  • The subscribing technician and/or workshop is solely and entirely responsible for all diagnostic conclusions and all work carried out on vehicles, regardless of any AI-generated guidance received.
  • DiagEdge accepts no liability whatsoever for any vehicle damage, personal injury, property damage, financial loss, or any other loss or consequence arising from reliance on AI-generated responses.
  • AI systems can and do make mistakes, produce incorrect outputs, or miss important context. Always apply independent professional judgement.
  • Never rely solely on DiagEdge output without independent verification against vehicle data, manufacturer specifications, and your own professional assessment.

The Customer Relations module generates suggested customer responses based on information provided by the workshop. These suggestions are for guidance only. The workshop owner and staff remain solely responsible for all customer communications sent on behalf of their business. DiagEdge accepts no liability for any customer relations outcomes arising from use of AI-generated response suggestions.
