This Refund Policy applies to DiagEdge subscriptions purchased through our platform. It is intended to be fair and consistent with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Australian Consumer Law protections under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
DiagEdge operates on a monthly subscription basis:
You may cancel your DiagEdge subscription at any time. Cancellation is processed immediately through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your Account page.
When you cancel:
DiagEdge does not provide automatic refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel partway through a billing period, you will not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of that period — however, you retain access until the end of that period.
Notwithstanding the above, we consider refund requests for genuine issues at DiagEdge's sole discretion. Examples where we may consider a refund include:
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a service does not meet consumer guarantees — for example, if the service is not fit for purpose or not provided with due care and skill. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
All refund requests must be submitted via our contact form. Please include your account email address and a clear description of the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
